This Status Page is where you will find a list of what is being worked on that will soon or has recently been posted to the site. Important new notice at bottom of page.

Moran Genealogy:

My Moran family and many other Moran family genealogy or information The other Moran family genealogies and/or information were found during my research that turned out to not be my family but are being shared in case they are someone's acessing the website. These families are found in the Appendix: Other Morans.

Appendix additions about Moran Coats Of Arms, Hispanic Morans, the Black Irish, Moor Morans and Celtic Tribes are also available.

I keep adding any Moran family genealogies I find on the net, with proper crediting to the authors.

Other changes will be added as corrections are offered or "finds" are made though these are now few and far between.

There is a Moran Correlation of all things Moran at the end of the Moran section.

Celtic Connection to Texas History

The full text of my book AEROPLANES VOUGHT and the softback version, THE CORSAIR AND OTHER AEROPLANES VOUGHT is now available on the website. New material not in the book (s) has been posted. There are several pictures of early aircraft, not necessarily just Vought aircraft, that will be of interest to those of you interested in early aviation.

New material available in an expanded Round Aircraft section which will include Flying and Blended Wing aircraft.

There is also a section entitled Different Aircraft.

Work is being finalized on a V-List, a list of Vought proposals over the years. The V-List has been posted under the New Material Menu.

A monograph on Voughts High Speed Gunnery Targets, the X-27 and X-28 has been posted in the Other Photos Section of the Photographs Menu.

I have been invited by a publisher to issue a third addition of the Vought book with new material, unfortunately I will not be able to do it, see the note at bottm of page.

The Japanese (city of Sasebo) has installed the plaque for the correction of the names on the Soto Dam Memorial. It was dedicated this past June at the annual memorial ceremony.

The University of Texas Longhorns football team .PPS has been updated.

University of Texas 2013 Schedule and a desktop wallpaper are offered as well as a cursor (2).

New additions to Wake Island section include a short history of the Morris Knudsen Company.

New photos of flowers in my garden.

A New section about the mostly forgotten but important battle of the American Revolution has been added.

(This is no longer possible, e-mailing me or looking for a response, as I have been diagnosed with cancer and am starting Chemo and Radiation threapy and we all know where that will probably lead.)

If I am one of the fortunate ones to recover, I'll be back and remove this notice. Otherwise enjoy the website, I have enjoyed putting it together and sharing what I have and have found, as well as interacting with those who contacted me.

The website as of this writing has a steady 600 visitors a week and has maintained that level for more than two years. I have asked my wife to keep it up as long as she is able.
